RIYADH: Saudi Royal Court announced Friday that the Saudi King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al Saud is on temporary ventilator for respiratory infection, Saudi Press Agency reported on Friday.
Saudi Arabia announced on Wednesday that the king was admitted to King Abdulaziz Medical City of National Guard in Riyadh to undergo some medical checkups.
The Royal Court in a statement highlighted that he was put into ventilator this evening and he is in a stable condition and wished his good health.
Born in 1924, the 90-year-old leader became Saudi Arabia’s king in 2005. His father was the founder of modern Saudi Arabia. PNA
