POLICE arrested two people during a raid of a suspected drug den in Bayugan City in Agusan del Sur on October 28. Reports at Camp Crame identified the suspect as Eto Sultan Ameril, 31, and Amano Sultan Ampaso, 40, both married and residents of Barangay Taglatawan. The two were arrested after elements of Bayugan City Police Office searched the house of Ameril based on a warrant issued by Judge Hector Salise of Regional Trial Court (RTC) Branch 7 of Bayugan City. Seized were a green wallet with three plastic sachets of shabu worth P 15, 000 and a black wallet with four plastic sachets of shabu worth P1,000. Reports said Ameril has a standing warrant of arrest for kidnapping and serious illegal detention.
