Maganda yan kung lahat muna ng sagabal sa daan ay maalis like vendors at illegal terminals yan ang sagabal sa daan at sa mga commuters naaa.. halos nasa gitna na ng daan naglalakad o nag-aabang ng masasakyan, Dapat gayahin ntin ung sa ibang bansa tulad ng UAE, lahat ng road me CCTV. Violations could be check thru online and fines.TRAFFIC penalty o multa could be paid thru ATM’S and online.Sana hindi lang sa Manila.

Any action moving forward with the BNPP should be accompanied with a study of small modern nuclear power units ranging from 100MW to 250MW to be deployed in strategic locations of the country. My gut feel is that building small Nuclear Power units would be much better alternative to building fossil power plants including the proposed rehabilitation of BNPP.
There is also electrical transmission issues regarding the location of BNPP. Since the BNPP was mothballed, there were large power plants built in the contiguous region of Batangas, Zambales and Pangasinan. This high concentration of power generation, with most of the generation sent to load centers; i.e. Metro-Manila and surrounding areas, presents serious unintended consequences from the loss of transmission.
